The engineering process at Custom Form begins with a review of all customer-supplied documents for manufacturability to specifications and estimation/quotation of the part or project.
Upon order placement we reverse engineer from customer supplied print documentation and files using AutoCAD as our primary CAD tool. We use Vicon and MetaCAM as our primary CAM tools. CNC programs are generated and fiber-optically downloaded to CNC machine controls via shop floor computers. Our engineers are ready to assist you with your next requirement for precision metal fabrication. Normally quotes can be turned in 1-4 working days, depending on the complexity and number of parts submitted. During this review
we can provide you with cost reduction input and design for manufacturability review if desired.
